The main goal of the UQSF is to unite the efforts of leading experts in sports management for the comprehensive development of Olympic and non-Olympic sports, the expansion and improvement of sports infrastructure, and the preparation of athletes for participation in international sports competitions.

Artem Milovydov
President
Acts as the Federation's spokesperson and makes executive decisions on behalf of the UQSF regarding the organization of sports competitions and legal regulation.
Oleksii Artemchyk
Secretary General
Performs administrative duties on behalf of the UQSF. Promotes open lines of communication between athletes and the Federation, reports on its activities' outcomes, and hosts qualifying matches.
FAIR PLAY
FAIR PLAY COMMITTEE
The UQSF established the Ethics and Fair Play Committee, comprised of top sports industry experts, to uphold a fair and inclusive sporting environment, promote fair play, and prevent behavior that is inconsistent with it.
Ariadna Zhurbenko
Committee Chairman
Professional volleyball player and world-class beach volleyball coach. In charge of approving the committee's findings and deciding on important matters.
Dmytro Vasiurenko
Committee member
Professional table tennis player and multiple Ukrainian table tennis championships competitor. In charge of introducing modern tools to detect behavioral deviations during matches.
